Argento Strikes Gold in San Francisco

The results are in!

Gold Medal for Argento Reserva Malbec 2010The judges of the 2012 San Francisco International Wine Competition have awarded a prestigious Gold Medal to Argento Reserva Malbec 2010, despite being up against some very stiff competition.

They also honored our Argento Pinot Grigio 2011 with a Silver Medal and our Argento Bonarda 2010 with a Bronze.

According to a recent press release announcing the results, a record 4,556 wines were tasted from over 1,300 wineries in 26 states and 29 countries. The medal count included just 363 Gold medals. See the full results of the 2012 competition here.
