The Winery
Our winemaking facility is situated among the lower foothills of the Andes Mountains in Maipú in the Central Region of Mendoza.
Its close proximity to many of the sub-regions from which we source fruit makes it ideally located for production.
The facility covers an area of 13,000 square metres and has a production capacity of 7 million litres using stainless steel tanks, new concrete vats, oak barrels, and state of the art technology including new de-stemmers and pneumatic presses.
The winemaking and viticultural teams at Argento have pioneered research about many various microclimates in Mendoza, searching to find the best terroir for each grape variety.
